Antonia Lofaso

The cuisine of Chef Antonia invites guests to explore the depths. The food she serves evokes curiosity that developed from stepping out of the suburban areas of Long Island and into the multicultural scene in Los Angeles. Cavatelli and Carnitas have the ability to blend seamlessly on the menu, an assumption that has developed through many years. The only thing that remains is her unique vision of the future while looking back to the old. Scopa Italian Roots, which Lofaso established in 2013 was well-received because it was inspired by her Italian tradition. Lofaso's take on old-school Italian is regarded as among Los Angeles' most compelling Italian restaurant chains. Lofaso is described by a lot of people as a local restaurant that consistently serves dishes that are authentic, tasty and inviting. Lofaso was an apprentice chef to master chefs learning their methods as well as taking risks. She did not hesitate in doing so, merely following her own intuition. In a short time, Lofaso rose to the top at Wolfgang Puck's Spago. Later she worked with a variety of famous people and transformed a variety of Los Angeles restaurants. Lofaso, Sal Aurora, and Mario Guddemi partnered to open Black Market Liquor Bar Studio City in 2011. In Black Market and the business alliances she created, Lofaso was able to find a home. The collaboration could provide creativity and freedom Lofaso wanted. Black Market is not constrained to a specific direction which is exactly what the idea. It would start with potato chips flavored with dill, Shishito peppers, and continue with Korean wings. Antonia's distinctive flavors form the basis of these daring flavors. Lofaso's success has been measured through her ability to remain true to herself while still being able to comprehend her audience. Her memorable appearances on Top Chef Chicago & Top Chef: All Stars showed her talents outside of the kitchen. Lofaso's talents are also apparent in her regular roles in judge on CNBC's Restaurant Startup judge as well as on The Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child & ABC's Real O'neals. Lofaso released The Busy Mother's Cookbook 100 Simple and Delicious recipes in 2012, along with Penguin. It also told the story of how she faced challenges during her time in The French Culinary Institute. She had a daughter, Xea also. Lofaso believes that the motivation that drives her success is rooted in cooking and it's through this vein that she continues to have to keep her finger on the pulse. Through her Chefletics brand, she is revolutionizing the aesthetics of her field by redesigning clothing for chefs that is stylish and also serves a functionality. The main goal of Lofaso is to remain in line with her mission. With this in mind, she launched Antonia Lofaso Catering. This gives customers the most personal service.
